Announcement on CZ's site

Well, that's disappointing. This year, CZ has discontinued the 22 conversion kit for the CZ-75/85 series of pistols.
They are probably still in inventory in various places.

Unlike most conversion units for other pistols, the slide sub-assembly is all steel; constructed similar to a S&W 41.

Thankfully I purchased a kadet conversion kit several years ago. The CZ-75sa is accurate in 9mm but it's nearly target pistol accurate with the conversion kit installed. 22LR pistol conversion kits have always been good training aids and now even more so with higher ammo and reloading component prices.

My owner's manual states that the CZ 75 kadet conversion kit is for CZ 75/85 pistols. Nothing is mentioned about pre-B versions but the "B" stands for "firing pin block". CZ 85 Combat model pistols do not have the firing pin blocks so I imagine the kadet kit should work with a pre-B CZ 75.
